"Check - In was fast. Asked for ground floor room almost a month in advance and was told that they were already booked - and at check-in, one mysteriously was found (was told that clerk moved someone to accomodate us - he was searching for a tip). The noise level was bad as the hotel is so close to the freeway and a freeway on-ramp. Tried to cancel second night reservation at check-in and was not allowed to do so. Left having to pay for second night without using the room. Was very unhappy about this!"
